Why are 1 out of every 3 Americans considered too heavy or even obese these days? Ever notice how many of your friends and family could stand to lose a lot of weight and wonder how they got so big in the first place? What caused this? Poor eating habits are the main cause of obesity and weight gain and too many of us just kind of let our guard down when it comes to watching what we eat! Look how popular the fast food chains are! The soda you drink has an average of 40 grams of sugar.You drink 3 of those a day that's 120 grams of pure sugar that will go straight to all the wrong places on your body! You know where! We basically know already what we are eating that is bad for the waistline now don't we? Let's just see a list of the best foods for weight loss and see if we can introduce them into our regular meals, shall we? Here goes. You will notice that none of these items are on most "fast food" menus huh? Why is that I wonder? It is smarter and cheaper to buy your groceries and pick only the foods you like and that are actually good for you! Take a typical family of 4 to the fast food place and how much would that cost? Maybe 15.00? more like 25.00? Now take that same money to the grocer and see what you can buy and how much more real food you get for the trade!
